More than 20 years ago when we first started renting Property, our expectation was that Property People would provide an excellent service in keeping with the valuable asset they were in business to sell or rent. Over the years we have consistantly been reminded that this is not the case and even today we are still amazed at the poor level of service that Estate and Letting Agents feel is acceptable.

We passionately believe at Fosse House that providing a superb level of service on every occasion, should be the minimum standard and our aim is to exceed your expectations.

Property Investment carries a serious financial risk especially in the current economic climate and we believe the trust relationship with your Property Letting Agent should be reflective of your investment.

Prior to opening our Property Letting Business early in 2010, we studied the property market for several months and believe we have brought a unique range of services to both Letting and Management of residential property.
