Property Letting is very reliant on the Internet with probably 95% of Tenants searching for properties on the Internet as it is so easy. We do still advertise in the local newspaper but the secret to Letting Properties quickly is to advertise on as many websites as possible.

Typically our competitors advertise solely on Rightmove and they are the market leaders, but to advertise in only one place is clearly putting your eggs all in one basket - Fosse House at the last count were advertising on over 20 Websites. In fact over half the Tenants that have rented properties through Fosse House in 2010 came to us through other websites, so if those Landlords had been with our competitors that would have been the 'Wrongmove'. Our own website is very professional and provides lots of information about the various aspects of renting property, including local information with links on schools etc that people not familiar with the area find extremely useful.

We work very hard at marketing your property and our adverts usually include a full page of information about the property, at least 10 photographs showing the different rooms and a floor plan which is very popular with tenants and we believe we are the only local agent that provides this service. Following every property viewing we provide feedback usually the same day and always within 24 hours and this includes how your property fitted with the prospective tenants personal requirements. We don't just advertise your property, sit back and wait - Every week you will receive a marketing report which includes how many people searched for this type of property on the internet websites, how many looked at the full details, feedback on viewings and any recommendations we have to change the marketing. Every few days we telephone you to discuss how the marketing has been going and offer suggestions on any changes that we feel will help us to find a Tenant.
