Why Do I need an Energy Performance Certificate
Energy Performance Certificates form part of the Home Information Pack which is a legal requirement when selling a property, but is also a requirement when renting too. If your property does not currently have a Energy Performance Certificate then we can arrange for a qualified Energy Assessor to complete one on the property. We can usually arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate to be produced within 24 hours of instruction so please don't be concerned that this will delay your property being advertised.
We use a local Energy Assessor who has produced over 1000 Energy Performance Certificates since there introduction in 2008 and unlike the Home Information Packs they are relatively inexpensive.
