Fosse House in Hinckley, Leicestershire was formed in 2009 by Sally and Neil to provide a unique Property Letting service that was not available from the existing agents.

As Landlords ourselves for several years we had continually failed to find a property letting agent who, did what they promised or looked after our properties, so disillusioned we started managing them ourselves. So Fosse House was created and our philosophy is to provide a level of service that you cannot find anywhere else, a truly world class service that will impress you.

Fosse House opened for business in January 2010 and in the first two months had Let every property on its books - The longest time to find a tenant was 23 days, not bad when you realise how many properties have been empty for months with other agents.

Landlords always ask us how we do it and we believe the key is our focus and commitment, but 24/7 service, viewing's until 9pm every evening, advertising on 20+ websites and local newspapers are some services that are unique at Fosse House - And we look after your property passionately.

The Fosse House team also includes our daughters Lucy and Lynsey, so we really are a local family business and property is our passion. Buy to Let investment is a serious business and demands professional management, so that your property generates rental income and most importantly is returned in the same condition at the end of the tenancy. The properties we manage receive the same level of care and attention as our own properties and we insist on carrying out regular inspections.
